Bin Location Set

Set the bin locatiSets the bin location for SKUs in one or more warehouses. Each row names a SKU, a warehouse, and the bin, so one call can set bins for many SKUs across many warehouses. The same SKU can have a different bin in each warehouse.

This only changes where a SKU is stored. It does not change inventory quantity. To change quantity, use Inventory Set or Inventory Set Bulk.

Put CF226A-C in bin09 in warehouse 9, and CF281A-C in bin14 in warehouse 14 and bin80 in warehouse 80:

Before you build

• These are the same bin locations shown on the Inventory page in InfiPlex and set by the bin_location column of the Price & Inventory upload. A later change from any of those places replaces the value you set here.
• To read a SKU's current bin, use Inventory Search. Each row carries bin_location for its warehouse.
• Your API key needs Inventory write permission. A key without it gets 403 Forbidden.
