Shop Log Search

GET{{api_url}}/shop/log/search

Returns entries from the shop log. InfiPlex writes a shop log entry for channel calls, such as order pulls, tracking sends, and inventory sends, and for system processes, such as routing each line of an order to a warehouse. Filter by log type, search term, and date range, and page through results with limit and limit_start.

Use it to find out why orders didn't import from a channel, why tracking or inventory didn't reach a channel, or everything InfiPlex logged for one order.

Query parameters

Parameter	Type	Description
`search_term`	string	Text to search for in the log body, `log_message`. `104404` returns every entry whose log body contains 104404, such as the entries for InfiPlex order 104404.
`log_type`	integer	Only return entries of this log type. Get IDs from Shop Log Type List.
`start_date`	string	Only return entries written on or after this date and time, in your account's time zone. Format: `2018-01-01 10:10:10 AM`.
`end_date`	string	Only return entries written on or before this date and time, in your account's time zone. Format: `2018-01-01 10:10:10 AM`.
`sort`	string	Sort expression, for example `log_time ASC`. Default: newest first.
`limit`	integer	Number of entries to return. Default and maximum: 100.
`limit_start`	integer	Number of entries to skip before returning results. Use it with `limit` to page: `limit=100&limit_start=100` returns entries 101 through 200.
`just_count`	integer	Set to `1` to return the total number of matching entries instead of the entries themselves.

Field	Description
`shop_log_id`	The log entry ID.
`log_time`	When the entry was written, in your account's time zone, formatted `2026-09-23 09:22:17`.
`log_type`	The log type ID.
`log_type_message`	The log type label, the same text Shop Log Type List returns.
`log_message`	The log body, the detail of the entry. For some log types this is a JSON-encoded string, such as the warehouse routing record in the example. Decode it before reading.

Before you build

search_term searches only the log body, log_message. To filter by type, use log_type.
Check log_type_message before parsing log_message. Some log types store JSON there as a string and others store plain text.
Numbers come back as strings. Convert them before doing math.
Log entries can be large. Narrow by log_type and a date range before paging through results.
log_time uses 24-hour YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS, while start_date and end_date take 2018-01-01 10:10:10 AM.
For one order's routing record, Order Get Warehouse Routing Explanation returns it one entry per line from the order ID alone.
Your API key needs Log read permission. A key without it gets 403 Forbidden.
