SKU Data Search

GET{{api_url}}/shop/products/sku_data/search?sku_search_type=all&sku&data_name_search_type=multiple&data_name=costco_sku,thehomedepot_sku&data_name_value&date_modified_after

Searches SKU Data across SKUs and data names and returns the result pivoted: one row per SKU, with one column per data name requested. This is the API form of the Download SKU Data tool in the OMS and takes the same choices: which SKUs (all, one, or a list) and which data names (all, one, or a list), plus a value filter when a single data name is chosen. Use SKU Data Get instead to read every entry on one SKU as a flat list.

SKU Data is the per-SKU key/value store that connections read when they interact with a SKU, for example thehomedepot_sku for Home Depot or costco_sku for Costco, plus any custom names the account has stored. The full list of reserved names is on SKU Data Get.

Two questions this answers that nothing else does:

  • "What is the Home Depot SKU for each of these ten SKUs": sku_search_type=multiple, the ten SKUs in sku, data_name_search_type=single, data_name=thehomedepot_sku.
  • "Home Depot sent 1004567890, which of my SKUs is that": sku_search_type=all, data_name_search_type=single, data_name=thehomedepot_sku, data_name_value=1004567890.

Examples

Costco and Home Depot SKUs for every SKU on the account:

{{api_url}}/shop/products/sku_data/search?sku_search_type=all&data_name_search_type=multiple&data_name=costco_sku,thehomedepot_sku

Home Depot SKU for three SKUs:

{{api_url}}/shop/products/sku_data/search?sku_search_type=multiple&sku=abc,AC045USBCPD,PORT10000&data_name_search_type=single&data_name=thehomedepot_sku

Which SKU has Home Depot SKU 1004567890:

{{api_url}}/shop/products/sku_data/search?sku_search_type=all&data_name_search_type=single&data_name=thehomedepot_sku&data_name_value=1004567890

Everything stored on one SKU, pivoted:

{{api_url}}/shop/products/sku_data/search?sku_search_type=single&sku=abc&data_name_search_type=all

Anything changed since this morning:

{{api_url}}/shop/products/sku_data/search?sku_search_type=all&data_name_search_type=all&date_modified_after=2026-10-07 12:00:00 AM

Response

A JSON array, one object per SKU. Every object carries sku plus one key per data name returned; a name the SKU has no value for comes back as an empty string, so every row has the same keys:

[
    {
        "sku": "abc",
        "costco_sku": "",
        "thehomedepot_sku": "1004567890"
    },
    {
        "sku": "AC045USBCPD",
        "costco_sku": "",
        "thehomedepot_sku": ""
    },
    {
        "sku": "PORT10000",
        "costco_sku": "8834120",
        "thehomedepot_sku": ""
    }
]
FieldTypeDescription
skustringThe SKU.
<data_name>stringOne key per data name returned, holding the stored value as a string. Empty string when the SKU has no value for that name. A value that holds JSON is returned as that JSON string.

With sku_search_type=all every SKU on the account is a row, including SKUs with no SKU Data at all, so expect one row per SKU rather than one row per stored entry.

Authorization

Bearer token, sent in the Authorization header. Inherited from the collection.
