Before You Begin
What You'll Need

Setup Process
Connecting InfiPlex to Your AutoZone EDI Account
Three steps, and InfiPlex handles the technical EDI setup for you — there's nothing to configure on your end beyond forwarding what AutoZone sends you.
- STEP 1
Tell AutoZone You're Using InfiPlex
Once your seller account is active, let your AutoZone contact know that InfiPlex will manage your orders and inventory.
- STEP 2
AutoZone Sends EDI Connection Instructions
AutoZone's EDI Department will send you the connection details required to link your account.
- STEP 3
Forward the Instructions to InfiPlex
Send us what AutoZone provides and our team will configure and manage the EDI connection directly with AutoZone's EDI team. See our EDI Integration page for Trading Partner monthly costs.
Inventory Setup
AutoZone SKU Data Requirements
SKUs sold through AutoZone need additional set-up beyond your standard product data, or inventory won't pass to AutoZone correctly. Please reference the AutoZone SKU Set-up page for a full walk-through on the required additional SKU data.
Order Management
Canceling AutoZone Orders in InfiPlex
To cancel an AutoZone order, open the order's detail page in InfiPlex and click the orange Cancel button in the top right. InfiPlex sends the matching EDI cancellation file to AutoZone automatically.
This Can't Be Undone
Once an AutoZone order is canceled in InfiPlex, it cannot be reopened or reversed. Confirm with your team before canceling.
