How the InfiPlex EasyPost connection works, and what it's actually for.
The InfiPlex EasyPost integration connects your existing EasyPost account to the InfiPlex Inventory & Order Management System. InfiPlex aggregates orders from every sales channel you run, sends shipment-ready orders to EasyPost for multi-carrier rate shopping and label generation, and pushes the resulting tracking back out to the originating marketplace or storefront.
Yes — this integration connects an existing EasyPost account to InfiPlex. If you don't use EasyPost, InfiPlex's built-in shipping already covers 100+ carriers directly, so EasyPost isn't a requirement to ship through InfiPlex.
Setup is quick and simple: our USA-based team links your EasyPost account using its API key during onboarding. There's nothing to install and no developer needed.
Most sellers are live in 1–3 business days. The connection itself completes quickly; the rest of the window goes to confirming which order types route to EasyPost versus InfiPlex's own carrier connections.
No — your team keeps using whatever packing and printing workflow you've built around EasyPost. InfiPlex changes what happens before an order reaches EasyPost (multichannel aggregation and inventory sync) and after (tracking distributed back to the right channel).

The mechanics of what moves where, and why it's organized this way.
InfiPlex does. Orders from every connected channel — Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and 130+ more — pull into the InfiPlex OMS about every 15 minutes, giving you one aggregated queue instead of relying on EasyPost's own per-channel connections.
Once an order is ready to ship, InfiPlex sends it to EasyPost, which then rate-shops across your configured carriers and generates the label using either EasyPost's wallet carriers or your own connected carrier accounts.
Automatically — once EasyPost generates a label, the tracking number flows back through InfiPlex to whichever channel the order originally came from.
Yes — many sellers route specific channels or carriers through EasyPost while using InfiPlex's own 100+ carrier connections for the rest, based on whichever gives the best rate or workflow fit.
Our team configures the connection during onboarding specifically to avoid double-pulling — typically by having InfiPlex own the marketplace connections and feed EasyPost only what needs a label.

What EasyPost handles once an order reaches it, and how that data returns to InfiPlex.
Yes — EasyPost's multi-carrier rate comparison across USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others applies exactly as it does today. InfiPlex hands off orders for EasyPost to process; it doesn't change EasyPost's rate-shopping logic itself.
Wallet Carriers use EasyPost's own prepaid postage balance for supported carriers; BYOCA lets you connect your own negotiated carrier accounts through EasyPost's platform. Both paths work through this integration — InfiPlex sends the order, and whichever carrier setup you've configured in EasyPost handles the rest.
Yes — automation rules, webhook notifications, and branded tracking pages you've already configured in EasyPost continue to apply to orders InfiPlex sends over.
Return labels generated through EasyPost can flow back through InfiPlex to update the order record and, where applicable, adjust inventory once a return is received.
Yes — EasyPost has made multiple pricing changes in 2026, including a per-label cost increase in February and a 3% fee on USPS spend for PC Postage (Wallet Carrier) customers starting June 1, 2026. These are EasyPost's own pricing decisions, unrelated to InfiPlex's plan pricing; confirm current EasyPost rates directly with them if cost is a deciding factor.

Both are available — here's how sellers typically decide.
No — InfiPlex includes its own shipping across 100+ carriers built in, so EasyPost isn't required. This integration exists for sellers who already have EasyPost workflows, carrier accounts, or automation rules they want to keep using.
Common reasons include existing EasyPost carrier account relationships, developer-built workflows around its API, or automation rules already in place that aren't worth rebuilding. InfiPlex's value in that case is the multichannel order aggregation and inventory sync layered on top.
That depends on your specific rates and volume under each option — InfiPlex's built-in shipping and EasyPost's BYOCA path can both be compared directly. Since InfiPlex already connects 100+ carriers natively, some sellers use this transition point to consolidate onto InfiPlex's built-in shipping rather than paying two separate shipping-software costs.
Yes — sellers sometimes start with EasyPost connected and gradually shift carrier volume to InfiPlex's built-in options as they get comfortable, without disrupting order flow during the transition.
Yes — the 3PL Connector program lets a 3PL keep its existing EasyPost workflow while connecting each client's sales channels and inventory through InfiPlex.

What connecting EasyPost to InfiPlex costs, and which plan fits.
EasyPost connects on every InfiPlex plan. Basic Starter is $49.99/month with up to 2,000 SKUs at $0.50 per order; Growth Starter is $499.99/month with 10,000 SKUs and 1,000 orders included ($0.10 per additional order); Growth Pro is $999.99/month with 100,000 SKUs and 10,000 orders included ($0.05 per additional order). Yes — your existing EasyPost costs (per-label fees, BYOCA subscription if applicable, and any carrier-specific charges like the current USPS fee) are billed by EasyPost as usual; InfiPlex's plan and per-order pricing are separate.
No — EasyPost is a standard included integration. You pay your InfiPlex plan and per-order fees only; there's no additional InfiPlex charge for using EasyPost instead of InfiPlex's built-in carriers.
