Shipping Item Report
A line-item-level record of everything that shipped in a date range: tracking, ship method, cost, and destination for every item, plus a FedEx end of day manifest for carrier pickup. Scope it with a saved Order Filter to narrow it to exactly the shipments you care about.

Margin and profit per SKU, broken down by order source, so you can see which products are actually making money and where. Set Item Cost at the order source level first; the report is only as accurate as the cost behind it.

Order Reports
Order history broken down three ways: Base order info for a fast per-order total, Detailed for a five-way split across products, sources, and returns, or a standalone Order Source Summary for a quick channel comparison. Also scoped by saved Order Filters, with over 20 other filters covering product, value, location, and more.
Settlement Report
Reconciles what a marketplace actually paid you against your saved InfiPlex orders, down to the order, SKU, and warehouse. Where the other reports total what you sold, this one shows what hit your account, and exactly which tax and fee lines got you there.

Daily Restock Report
Not on the Reports menu, but a report all the same: every day InfiPlex emails the SKUs that have reached their reorder point, with sales over 180, 60, and 14 days, on-hand inventory, and the calculated reorder point for each. It is turned on with one setting under Settings > Base Settings > Warehouse.
Which Reports Run Automatically?
Two reports run on their own every day: the Daily Restock Report email above, and the FTP Package Report, a .csv of every package shipped the previous day, pushed to your FTP server at 2AM when enabled. The Restock Report goes to every address in the restock_report_email setting, separated by semicolons, so it can reach a whole team. For a stock-level email that fires when a SKU drops to a level you set, rather than on a daily schedule, use OMS Alerts, which also take a list of addresses.
The reports on the Reports menu run when you run them. A saved Order Report re-runs with one click from the Saved Reports panel, but it does not run on a schedule. For any other report on a daily schedule, the answer is yes, through the API or the MCP server. Three examples sellers ask for: a full on-hand inventory report emailed to a distribution list every day, every SKU with its quantity in each warehouse written every evening for the team, and a SKU list with a secondary ID or any other custom SKU data.
- MCP server plus an AI agent. Give an agent a read-only API key, a standing instruction file, and a cron line, and it writes the report every day with no one at the keyboard, then emails it to your list, drops it in Slack, or saves it to a shared folder from the same job. - API plus your own scheduler. For the inventory reports, Inventory Search returns one row per SKU per warehouse with the quantity in that warehouse and the total across all warehouses, 100 rows a page, so a cron job pages through until it has every row, writes the file, and emails it. For custom fields, call SKU Data Search and join on SKU; add Order Search if the report needs sales.

Don't See the Report You Need?
If your data lives in InfiPlex, there's a good chance we can build a report for it. The reports on this page exist because sellers needed to answer specific questions that a generic export couldn't. If yours isn't here yet, that just means it hasn't come up, not that it can't be done.
A few examples of what that could look like:
- A combined view across existing reports, like net margin by warehouse, pulling Item Cost together with settlement data instead of cross-referencing two reports by hand.
- A report built around data you're already tracking, like custom SKU data for warranty length or supplier lead time, or a specific order tag you use for a recurring workflow.
- A narrower version of an existing report, saved and scheduled the way you actually use it, instead of re-filtering the same report every time.

Reports Overview Questions
What's the difference between the Shipping Item Report and Order Reports?
The Shipping Item Report is a shipment-level record built around tracking, ship method, and carrier pickup. Order Reports is broader, built for analyzing what sold, to whom, and through which channel, with three report types and dozens of filters.
Should I use SKU Cost of Goods or the Settlement Report to check profitability?
SKU Cost of Goods answers whether a SKU has positive margin based on the Item Cost you've set. Settlement Report answers what a marketplace actually deposited after its own fees and tax handling. Use SKU Cost of Goods for margin planning and Settlement Report for reconciling actual payouts.
Can I scope any of these reports with a saved Order Filter?
Yes. Order Reports and the Shipping Item Report both support applying a saved Order Filter alongside their other filters. See Create Order Filters.
Where do I find each report in InfiPlex?

Can I schedule a report to run automatically every day?
The Daily Restock Report email and the FTP Package Report run every day on their own. Saved Order Reports re-run with one click but are not scheduled. For any other report on a daily schedule, run it through the API from your own scheduler or through the MCP server with an AI agent on cron, as in the Nightly Restock Agent guide.
Does InfiPlex generate a daily inventory report and send it to an email list?
The built-in daily inventory email is the Restock Report, which lists the SKUs at or below their reorder point and goes to every address in the restock_report_email setting, separated by semicolons. For a full on-hand inventory report to a distribution list every day, an AI agent on the MCP server or a cron job on the API pulls every row from Inventory Search and emails the file. OMS Alerts cover the trigger case: an email to a list the moment a SKU hits a level you set.
Can I auto-generate a daily custom report that includes SKU and a secondary ID?
Yes. Store the secondary ID as custom SKU data, then have an AI agent on the MCP server or your own cron job call SKU Data Search each day and write the file, joining Inventory or Order data if the report needs it. Both routes are included with API access on the Growth and Enterprise packages.
Can I create a report of every SKU with quantity per warehouse that runs every evening and goes to my team?
Yes. Inventory Search returns one row per SKU per warehouse with the quantity in that warehouse. An AI agent on the MCP server or a cron job on the API pages through all rows each evening, writes the .csv, and emails it or posts it to Slack for your team. For a one-time pull, the Price & Inventory Download on Tools > Price & Inventory Tools exports one warehouse at a time.
